Stealthmode Inc. ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information through the Posthuman Service (as defined in our Terms of Service, available at posthuman.app/terms and incorporated herein by reference). This Policy applies to all users of the Service but does not apply to information collected offline or through other channels.
Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We are a U.S.-based company and process all data in the United States. We do not comply with the GDPR and prohibit use by residents of Prohibited Regions (EU/EEA/UK).
About Posthuman Products and Services
Posthuman is an AI-powered personal assistant and task automation SaaS platform that automates task management, email handling, and scheduling. It uses artificial intelligence models (Claude and GPT) to process user instructions, generate responses, and take actions. The Service integrates with Google Workspace to access and act on user data, operates continuously in the background, and provides a web application interface.
We may provide relevant privacy-specific information about our products and services in our documentation.
Applicability
This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of your information; the rights and choices you may have; how you may contact us; and how we protect your information when you:
- Visit our websites, such as posthuman.app and affiliated sites, blogs, forums, or social media platforms (collectively, our "Sites");
- Access or use the Service, including any related applications, or engage with us or third-party partners using our technology;
- Interact with us, including registering for events, webinars, or other marketing activities (collectively, "Marketing Activities").
This Privacy Policy does not apply to:
- Any information that users process to provide their own services. Users are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including notifying others of data handling under their own terms and privacy policies. If your information is in User Data and you have questions, contact the relevant user directly.
- Third-party products, services, or software accessible via the Service or integrating with it. Contact those third parties for their privacy practices.
- Job applicants (see separate Job Applicant Privacy Notice if applicable).
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on your interactions, choices, features used, location, and applicable laws. We collect or receive information directly from you (e.g., name, email) or through Service use (e.g., IP address, telemetry).
Information You Provide Directly
- Contact Information. Name, email, phone, location when signing up, inquiring, or engaging in Marketing Activities.
- Professional Information. Company name, website, job title, industry.
- Account Information. Email, phone, username; optional profile picture, social media profiles. You represent you own or have consent for such information.
- Transactional Information. Payment details (hashed card values, billing address) via Stripe.
- User Content and File Information. Tasks, notes, emails, calendar events, preferences, source code, text, documents, or files you provide ("User Content").
- AI Product Information. Prompts, configurations, generated responses when using AI features.
- Marketing Information. Form submissions, surveys, emails, calls; contact preferences, free-text inputs.
- Image and Audio Information. If contacting via video or attending events, we may record images/voice (see Event Terms if applicable).
- Troubleshooting and Support Information. Account preferences, chat content, attachments for support.
- Social Media Information. Features like sharing widgets; review those platforms' policies.
- Any Information You Voluntarily Provide. Feedback, forum posts.
Information We Collect from Third Parties
- Organization Information. From partners: company name, contact, address.
- Transaction Information. From payment providers: fraud metrics, failed payment details.
Information We Collect from Users
- Contact Information. When added to accounts: name, email, username.
- Website Information. Traffic data: IP address, location (derived), system configuration.
Users are responsible for content transmitted, personal information processed, and acceptable use. See our documentation for shared responsibility model.
Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage Information. Interactions: clicks, pages viewed, searches, browser, response times, errors, timestamps, referring/exit pages, time spent.
- Device Information. Browser type/settings, device type, OS, model, language, ISP, mobile network, push tokens, event info (system activity, hardware).
- Service-Generated Information. Logs, IP address, location (derived), proxy, diagnostics, capacity/usage, performance, settings, configurations.
- Location Information. City/country from IP; no precise location.
- Telemetry Information. Anonymized stats, aggregated/de-identified usage.
- API Information. Data from integrations (e.g., authentication tokens).
- Cookies. Browser info via cookies/tracking technologies; see Cookie Notice (if implemented). Manage via browser settings.
We may combine information from above sources (e.g., sales submissions with third-party intelligence) to enhance Services, marketing, unless restricted by law or agreements.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide Sites and Services, including:
- Service Operation. Administer Sites, deliver/monitor/maintain Service, troubleshooting, upgrades.
- Product Development and Improvement. Enhance functionality, quality, user experience; develop new features.
- Support. Assist, resolve inquiries; personnel access User Content only as instructed, for support, security, integrity, legal.
- Communication. Send marketing/admin messages: notices, invoices, updates, surveys, alerts, promotions, newsletters, events. See rights for preferences.
- Account Administration. Create/manage accounts, transactions, confirmations, receipts.
- Marketing Activities. Analyze trends/usage, personalize content/features based on interests.
- Security. Detect/prevent threats, fraud, unauthorized access, malicious activity.
- Legal, Safety, and Compliance. Comply with laws, orders; review terms compliance.
- For Any Other Purposes with Your Consent.
3. How We Retain Your Information
We retain information for the minimum necessary period to fulfill legal/contractual obligations, develop Services, resolve disputes, enforce rights, for legitimate business purposes (e.g., tax/accounting), as described herein and per industry standards.
When no ongoing need, we delete or anonymize it (ensuring unlinkable to individuals). If deletion impossible (e.g., backups), we secure it.
4. How We Share Information
We share on need-to-know basis with safeguards/contracts:
- Corporate Affiliates. Share with controlling/controlled entities; treated per this Policy.
- New Owner and Corporate Transactions. Share in mergers, sales, etc.; may be transferred assets; notify you.
- Users. Share with other users per contractual obligations (e.g., team access: name, contact, profile).
- Partners and Sponsors. With advertising networks, integration partners, resellers for Services/marketing.
- Third-Party Service Providers. For operations: professional advisors, cloud providers (hosting/storage), billing, support, security/fraud, corporate/IT, analytics. Authorized only as necessary.
- Legal or Public Authorities. When necessary: comply with law/regulation, orders, enforce agreements, protect security/integrity, prevent harm.
- Any Other Party with Your Consent.
We may use/disclose aggregate/non-identifying info unless prohibited.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access/use/modification/destruction/loss/disclosure.
We require third parties to meet industry standards, comply with obligations. Not responsible for their practices beyond our disclosures.

6. Third-Party Services
Sites/Service may link/integrate third-party sites/apps not controlled by us. Review their terms/privacy. Not responsible for their content/accuracy.
7. International Transfers
All data processed in U.S. Accessing from outside consents to U.S. transfer/processing; laws may differ. We take steps for protection where required, but exclude Prohibited Regions.
8. Your Rights and Choices
- Opt-Out of Marketing. Unsubscribe links or contact us; still receive transactional.
- Account Preferences. Update/correct via settings/support; delete per Terms/documentation. We retain as in Retention.
- Managing Cookies. Via browser; may impair functionality.
- California Rights (CCPA/CPRA). California residents: know categories/sources/uses/shares; access; delete (exceptions); opt-out sales (none); non-discrimination.
We collected Section 1 categories past 12 months for Section 2 purposes, shared with Subprocessors (Section 4). No sales.
Exercise: support@posthuman.app with verification; respond 45 days (extendable). Agents with proof.
- Other Jurisdictions. No GDPR; excludes Prohibited Regions.
9. Children's Privacy
Service not for under 13. No knowing collection from them. Parents: contact support@posthuman.app; we delete if aware.
10. Changes to This Policy
We update by posting; effective immediately. Material changes: notice. Continued use accepts. Review periodically.
